Week 3 (19 aug 08) Mon: Rest Tues: 5.2km forgot to time Wed: Dinner with Jap visitor Thurs: 9.6km forgot to time Fri: Rest Sat: Ran 4km & gave up. BAD!! Sun: Keelung visit - can count as cross training?
