COLD

It’s so COLD nowadays! I can barely crawl of bed in the morning because it means leaving my bed of warm blankets – yes blanketS.
I cover myself with 2 blankets coz it’s so freaking cold.
In fact I need the thick goose feather blanket to be totally warm.
Temp hovers around 7-8 degrees, but with the rain, it feels colder than Russia.
My hands get numb with the cold when I hang out my laundry to dry.
I am now thankful for the hot water taps in the kitchen & bathroom because my hands don’t have to go numb washing dishes or brushing teeth.
I drink hot water.
I crave for ginger longan tea (I used to hate sweet stuff with ginger).
I wear my scarf in the office
I wear socks to sleep
I wear my mango poofy brown jacket at home
I wear furry slippers at home coz even the floor is cold (thank u ah bao!!)
I regret rejecting my aunt’s offer to send me goose feather blanket & heater last month – coz I not scared to cold mah.
I feel hungry all the time, then again, I feel hungry ALL THE TIME cold weather or no cold weather.
But I still LOVE COLD WEATHER!
